Job Description

- Develop an entrance strategy for cold calling, qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.- Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiatives.- Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.- Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment.
