Job Title: Business Development Manager Company: WS Mobility Private Limited Location: Patna, Bihar, India Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) – 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler (L5) Company Overview: WS Mobility Private Limited is a fast-growing company focused exclusively on the electric mobility sector. We specialize in the sale, service, and maintenance of electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers (L5 category). Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of clean, green mobility across urban and rural India. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the EV or automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through dealer/channel partner acquisition, corporate tie-ups, fleet sales, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electric vehicle market (2W & 3W). Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, and institutional buyers. Drive channel expansion and onboard new sales/service partners in target regions. Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market presence. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Support marketing campaigns and participate in trade events, expos, and roadshows. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Generate regular reports on business development activities, lead status, and sales performance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the EV, automobile, or related sector. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of electric vehicle market trends and government EV policies. Ability to work independently and travel as required.
