About the Company:WebSpider Solutions is a leading digital marketing agency offering full-suite marketing solutions, including SEO, paid ads, branding, and performance marketing. We also handle web development and custom tech solutions for startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients across industries. Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and drive sales efforts across digital marketing and technology service lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn outreach, online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), lead generation, proposal creation, and deal closures. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, ORM) and tech services (website/app development, CRM, custom software). Manage and grow leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and strategic follow-ups. Actively bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, Bark, and other freelancing/job boards to generate qualified leads. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Conduct product/service presentations and demos when required. Close sales through effective negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, SEO, ads, design) for requirement gathering, project scope discussions, and smooth onboarding. Maintain CRM tools and sales pipelines, and generate weekly/monthly reports. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry tools. Key Requirements:2–5 years of proven experience in business development in a digital agency or IT services company. Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales tools, Upwork/Freelancer, and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude. Ability to understand client needs and convert them into clear deliverables for internal teams.
