Timing: Night Shift: 6:30PM to 2:30AM (No Cab will be provided).

JOb Description:

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our US Staffing team as Business Development Executives. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients in the US market.
• Understand client staffing needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Support in proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure of deals.
• Research market trends and contribute to business growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to work in US time zones.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in business development or US staffing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
