Job Description : We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. You will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into business. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly motivated, and thrives in a target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:  Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities Develop and maintain strong client relationships Build proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to deliver solutions Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, or online demos Track and report key performance metrics and sales data. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C business development, sales, or partnerships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
