We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing our reach, generating leads through innovative strategies, and converting them into customers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s visibility across digital and offline channels. Identify potential leads through research, networking, and leveraging digital platforms. Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present solutions. Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution. Enable and foster strategic partnerships to create collaborative opportunities and drive mutual growth. Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to optimize strategies. Requirements: Experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market demands. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation Structure: Rs. 5,000/- + Commission Work Hours: 4 hours per day, flexible between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
