We have requirement for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Generate high-quality leads and clients through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online freelance portals.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, pitching web development, backend development, and other IT services.
• Develop and execute effective strategies to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

• Client Handling & Proposal Management:
• Handle all client inquiries, manage communication, and ensure client needs are fully understood.
• Prepare custom proposals, negotiate project terms, and finalize agreements with clients.
• Ensure seamless project handover between clients and the internal development team.

• Project Management & Execution:
• Create, modify, and implement projects as per client specifications. Ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of backend solutions, website modifications, and project development.
• Create project timelines, track progress, and report to clients at regular intervals.

• Upwork & Freelance Platform Management:
• Manage and optimize the company’s profiles on Upwork, bid on relevant projects, and engage in client communications.
• Build a strong portfolio on freelance platforms to attract long-term, high-value clients.
• Monitor bids, contracts, and proposal outcomes to maximize success rates.

• Backend Development Interaction:
• Work with the backend development team to understand technical requirements and ensure proper execution of client projects.
• Maintain knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, etc.) to communicate effectively with both clients and developers.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and client expectations to ensure our business strategies remain competitive.
• Perform market analysis and adjust strategies as needed to target emerging opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in business development, lead generation, client handling, and project management.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with Upwork, PPH, Guru, or similar freelancing platforms.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of backend development (PHP, WordPress, MySQL, etc.) and web technologies.
• Client Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively present proposals, and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure project agreements, budgets, and timelines.
• Project Management: Experience in managing and delivering projects on time while meeting client expectations.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems for lead and client management.
