About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc. You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into business opportunities for services related to Web Development, Mobile App Development, and UI/UX Designing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on Upwork and other freelancing portals (Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.)
• Writing effective and personalized project proposals to win new clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and client requirements
• Understanding technical aspects of client requirements and converting them into actionable deals
• Working closely with the technical team to align client expectations
• Handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
• Maintaining client communication and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding

✅ Required Skills:

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in online bidding or IT business development
• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, and similar bidding platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency a must)
• Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and UI/UX Design services
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
