Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: B-34 Sector 67, Noida Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our logistics business. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, knowledge of the logistics industry, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise. · Generate leads, meet potential clients, and pitch logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. · Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, trends, and competitive landscape. · Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. · Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. · Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing to prospective clients. · Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. · Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Requirements:· 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (logistics or supply chain sector preferred). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and time-management abilities. · Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement. · Willingness to travel as needed. · Own two or four-wheeler with license.
