About the Role:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales for smart home solutions (lighting, AV, curtains, automation systems)
• Conduct presentations and demos at client sites and our retail experience center
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, layouts, and BOQs
• Stay updated with latest trends in home automation, AV, and smart living
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry meetups to network and promote the brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in automation, AV, or electrical sectors)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of smart home technologies (Crestron, Control4, Zigbee, Matter, etc.)
• Ability to interpret floor plans and work collaboratively with designers
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
