Business Development Executive

Fixturic is building India’s most stylish and functional range of coat and clothes hanging stands, with an emphasis on quality, design, and durability. We’re reimagining the way modern India organizes its spaces — one product at a time. As a growing D2C and B2B brand, we’re looking for driven individuals who can help us expand our footprint across architects, interior designers, builders, furniture showrooms, and retailers. Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B partnerships and channel growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales across both B2B and retail channels. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new B2B clients including interior designers, architects, builders, and furniture retailers Drive sales through in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Manage and grow existing business accounts to maximize revenue Represent Fixturic at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute local campaigns Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on performance and targets Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve offerings and sales strategy Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in furniture/interiors preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients face-to-face Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and email communication What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work directly with the founding team High-growth, startup environment with ownership of work Exposure to premium clients and top interior professionals A chance to be part of a brand redefining functional luxury in Indian homes
