We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close project-based deals. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or digital products and be confident in client handling, proposal negotiation, and project coordination.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Executive (Female Candidate)
Experience: 6 Month – 1.5 Years
Location – Indore (WFO)
Immediate Joiner
Responsibility :
Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, bidding platforms, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, operations) to create feasible and timely project delivery plans.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and upsell opportunities.
Proven track record in Project-based deal closures, preferably in the IT or services sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), web/mobile technologies, or digital marketing services is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
