About The Opportunity

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing IT services company that’s making its mark in custom software, web, and digital transformation solutions. If you're passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and being part of a team that delivers impactful tech solutions — this role is made for you.Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including cold outreach and bidding platforms.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
Analyze industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations and delivery team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
Work on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals to bid on relevant projects.
Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and pipeline status.
Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the operations team.
Consistently follow up with leads and maintain healthy communication to drive conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in tech or IT services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation expertise with a proven ability to close deals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of bidding portals and proposal writing is a must.
