We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to grow our affiliate network. If you have a knack for building strong relationships, closing deals, and love the hustle of sales, this role is for you!
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calls, and industry events.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
Create and present tailored agreements and partnership solutions.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor affiliates and generate reports.
Implement strategies to enhance ROI for affiliate partnerships.
4–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
A background in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
Good communication, negotiation, and people skills.
Proven ability to build rapport across various levels.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
