Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Executive at Skillyards, you will be instrumental in connecting with students and their parents to promote our IT training programs. You will identify potential clients, manage leads, and work closely with our sales team to meet our enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Reach out to prospective students and their parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to discuss their educational needs and how our programs can help.

● Qualify leads and guide potential clients through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with students and parents.

● Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.

● Ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and program details to effectively communicate our value proposition.

● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech industry.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with

clients.

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team

environment.

● Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,180.16 per month
