Academic Counsellor

We are hiring Academic Counsellor Experience -1 to 2 years Location -D-24, Gailana Rd, Nirbhay Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282007 Address student concerns and provide solutions to academic challenges. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic progress. Promote educational programs, services, and resources available to students, including workshops, seminars, tutoring services, and academic support programs Connecting with students on call Book the counselling sessions Conduct the counselling of the student Closing them to the admission. Attending seminar organised by the company. Should have relevant experience in the same profile. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student services Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse student populations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of academic policies, educational pathways, and career development resources Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in counseling practice Proficiency in using educational planning software and student information systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
