We are hiring a motivated and experienced

Business Development Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a background in

IT sales

and a basic understanding of

SaaS, VoIP, Dialers, or Telecom

products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand product offerings (ViciDial, VoIP, Contact Center, Omnichannel solutions)
  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings (online/offline)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals and close deals
  • Collaborate with the technical team for demos and client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM entries

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT product sales
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT/Telecom/VoIP/CRM products
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling
