Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships in the iron and steel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the local market.
• Visit construction sites, fabricators, dealers, and industrial clients to promote products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable steel products and solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and convert prospects into orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Report daily field activity and sales updates to the reporting manager.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of the iron and steel market is a plus
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering)
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Bike: Mandatory with valid license
• Languages: Malayalam (must), English or Hindi (optional)

Working Days & Time:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
