The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition and business development, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and strong negotiation abilities. Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s business network Generate leads through various channels and convert them into long-term partnerships Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client requirements Pitch our services effectively to potential clients and close deals Negotiate contracts and maintain a profitable margin Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients Key Requirements:Minimum 1 to 5 years of proven experience in core business development or client acquisition Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality Ability to bring in new business and manage key client accounts Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must own a bike and be willing to travel locally for client meetings Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry will be a plus Work Location:Park Street, Near Park Street Metro Station, Kolkata Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
