Key Responsibilities:Engage with walk-in customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products. Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle billing, product displays, and stock updates when required. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the display counters. Basic Requirements:Good command over English and Hindi. Currently working or previously worked as Indoor Salesperson, preferably in Jewellery Retail. Must be experienced in selling physical products directly to customers. Pleasing personality, good communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
