Business Development Executive – B2B Travel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel partners such as travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel planners across India.
• Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to Indian travel agents.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard new B2B clients, and build a strong travel agent network.
• Conduct product presentations, offer customized travel solutions, and handle pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal operations and reservations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and B2B meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting through CRM tools or Excel.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and manage client escalations, if any.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B travel sales or travel agency liaison in India.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of domestic and international travel packages, pricing, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to handle client objections and close deals confidently.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Existing network of B2B travel agents or corporate clients in India.

• Willingness to travel within India if required.
