Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and logical thinking abilities. You will receive comprehensive training on Odoo ERP solutions, enabling you to conduct product demos, engage with clients, and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Odoo ERP modules, with a focus on how they solve business challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of basic business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads for Odoo ERP solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, presentation, and demo skills.
• Support the senior sales team in product demonstrations and proposal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with prospects and build initial rapport.
• Maintain proper records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on business processes and ERP technology.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Commerce, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Good communication skills (English & regional language).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and business processes.
• Logical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn continuously and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹9,723.50 - ₹34,486.63 per month
