As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint by proactively engaging with potential customers across markets via outbound telephone communication. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality sales leads, present tailored product/service solutions, and close deals to drive revenue. This position requires a confident communicator with a strategic mindset, strong persuasive abilities, and a focus on results.
Excellent communication skills are a mandate
Cold Calling. Sales Closures.
Client Acquisition & Business Development.
Revenue Generation.
Referential lead generation & sales management.
Management of complete sales process, account management and problem-solving attitude.
Coordinating with internal teams: operations, finance, IT, etc., for smooth business functioning and business development.
Follow-ups for invoice payments, shipment closure and reconciliations.
0 to 2 years Logistics Tele sales /Inside Sales experience
Excellent communication Skills
Client Servicing and Selling ability
Problem-solving ability
Ecommerce logistics background preferred.
