What You’ll Do:

• Identify and generate leads using marketing tools and platforms to build a robust prospect pipeline.
• Connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark meaningful conversations.
• Understand prospect needs and pitch customized products/services to meet their goals.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects to drive sustained business growth.
• Play a key role in scaling the startup from an early-stage team to a larger organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve shared business objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and goal-driven mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems) is an advantage.
