Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of Neo Kumfurt. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for the pet care industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and research potential business opportunities and markets for Neo Kumfurt's products.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, pet clinics, and other key stakeholders in the pet care industry.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product information to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
7. Help the marketing team come up with content ideas and work on hands-on expansion projects.
8. Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
9. Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback.
10. Conduct extensive research, brainstorming sessions, and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Additional candidate preferences:
1. Experience in the pet pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
2. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
3. Passion for pet health and well-being.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
5. Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and work remotely effectively.
9. Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
