Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end client communication — from first contact to onboarding.
  • Create and manage basic marketing content or campaigns to support lead generation.
  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking systems and ensure follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the founders/team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in SaaS or B2B).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing or outreach tools is a plus.
