Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales & business growth:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, cold calling, and digital outreach2. Generate leads through various channels including B2B, B2C, partnerships, and inbound inquiries3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
B. Sales conversion:
1. Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients2. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitches, and product demos3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively4. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
C. Client management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships3. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention4. Regularly follow up to gather feedback, upsell new services/products, and ensure ongoing value
