Job description:

We are currently looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to join our sales team! As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for B2B outbound sales calls to ultimately build connections with prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing growth strategies and plans to source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts.
Managing and retaining relationships with clients by scheduling sales meetings.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the goal of booking demos.
Participate in sales meetings to gain valuable feedback.
Schedule demos for our Account Executives who will close the deal for you.
Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth.

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar role.
Pro in LinkedIn, and other social media.
Prior experience in recruitment industry is an asset but not required for right candidate.
Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset.
Should have Market knowledge

This would be a completely remote position.

Pay package- as per industry standards.
