Hiring for Business Analyst – NACH & Collections
Job Summary:
We're hiring for a Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Mumbai, to gather business requirements and design robust workflows for automated collections.
Key Responsibilities:
1. NACH and Collections Expertise: Analyze and document business requirements related to NACH/e-NACH mandates and transaction processing.
2. Technical Platform Development: Drive the development and enhancement of collections tech platforms.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with NPCI/NACH guidelines, RBI mandates, and digital lending regulations.
Required Skills:
1. NACH and Digital Collections Knowledge: Strong knowledge of NPCI NACH/E-NACH and sponsor bank integrations.
2. Business Analysis Skills: Experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
