Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address business needs. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and feasibility studies. The role includes facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders, assisting in user acceptance testing and validation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also prepare reports and deliverables for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and validation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare reports and deliverables for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
• Understanding of business process modeling and improvement.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Preferred: CBAP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in writing use cases and functional specifications.
