What You’ll Do

Analyze product usage, customer workflows, and business performance to uncover insights
Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops to define requirements and shape new features
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, fraud trends, and verification performance
Deep dive into customer data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product and GTM strategy
Support customer onboarding and implementations with data-driven recommendations

We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, or operations strategy
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Postgres, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker)
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured analysis and actionable insights
Comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus: Experience working in a fast-paced startup or with fintech or compliance platforms
