Department: Talent Discovery Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition BPO Bulk Hiring Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives within the [24]7.ai BPO sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the organizations talent needs in the BPO sector. Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in attracting top talent. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and operational demands. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies. Utilize Springboard and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring high performance and engagement. Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team on best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and operations. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives. Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract top talent. Attend industry events and job fairs to represent the company and network with potential candidates. Qualifications: Bachelors degree any specialization. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Bulk hiring talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume/BPO recruitment. Minimum of 10 years experience in managing and leading recruitment teams. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the BPO industry. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing. Working Conditions: Full-time position.
