Position: BTL Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning C Execution: Develop and implement BTL strategies to promote products and services. This includes Organizing Events, RWA, Corporate Tie-up, Local Tie-up, Influencer tie-up
  • Brand Activation: Oversee the design and implementation of campaigns to ensure the brand is represented effectively and consistently in all BTL activities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for BTL campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective cost management.
  • Market Research C Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and behaviors to develop impactful BTL strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns using key metrics and KPIs, providing reports and insights to senior management
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of marketing specialists and event coordinators to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications s Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing or brand activation, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong Communication C Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Creativity C Results-Oriented Approach: Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 3–5 years in BTL marketing with a proven track record in campaign execution
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, Team leadership and coordination, Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach and Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
  • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
