Our comprehensive loan services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BSM at SMFG Grihashakti. The position is located in Aurangabad.The BSM will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the BSM will handle overseeing loan application processes, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management Knowledge of loan application processes and market research techniques Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the finance or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Show more Show less
