The Role: We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can turn ideas into identity, who knows how to craft a brand that gets people talking, sipping, and falling in love with coffee in all its glorious forms — from filter to frappé. Basically, if you think in taglines, dream in brand pyramids, and emotionally connect with packaging fonts — you’re hired (okay, not yet… but close). Your Mission (should you choose to accept it): · Develop brand strategies that don’t sound like they were stolen from a marketing textbook. · Find the sweet spot between "What people want" and "What we brew." · Collaborate with design, operations, and marketing like a well-pulled espresso shot — smooth, strong, and fast. · You’ll define how brand talks to the world — from witty Instagram captions to clean menu copy, from scroll-stopping standees to website content that actually converts. If it’s customer-facing, your words will lead the conversation. Translate customer insights into killer campaigns. · Be the protector of brand voice. If someone tries Comic Sans in a pitch deck — you roar . Skills We’d Love You to Bring: Brand Architecture & Positioning · Experience in crafting brand tone, voice, identity, and persona · Ability to translate customer insights into brand strategy Content Strategy & Copywriting · Strong command of writing for multiple touchpoints: social media, website, packaging, menu, ads, internal branding · Ability to write in varied tones (quirky, heartfelt, minimal, premium) Marketing & Communication Tools · Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator – for collaboration) · Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite Social Media Strategy · Understanding of platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter, Google Business) · Experience working with social calendars, trends, influencer briefs Campaign & Messaging Strategy · Experience creating messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign themes · Ability to guide designers and marketers to ensure brand consistency Basic Analytics Awareness · Comfortable reading Google Analytics, Meta Insights , and basic brand performance dashboards · Understand how to A/B test messaging and measure engagement Perks (Beyond Coffee): · Unlimited caffeine and unlimited creative freedom · Monthly brainstorming brunches (yes, that’s a thing here) · You get to say “I made that brand cool” in 2 years · A team that values smart ideas, big energy, and even bigger ambition
