Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
Build and own monthly/quarterly organic content strategy across brands
Lead brand voice development, storytelling pillars, and cultural hooks
  • Content Creation & Supervision
Write compelling, brand-aligned copy and scripts (posts, reels, campaigns)
Direct or support shoots (UGC, editorial, founder-led content
  • Channel Growth & Engagement
Track performance, run experiments, improve what works
Drive follower growth, engagement, and community participation
  • Client & Team Collaboration
Own client communication and reporting for your brands
