Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead and grow our fashion brand’s identity, visibility, and positioning across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand strategy, storytelling, consumer insight, and go-to-market execution to ensure brand consistency and build emotional consumer connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Define and refine the brand’s vision, mission, tone of voice, and value proposition.
  • Develop strategic brand plans to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Campaign Development
  • Conceptualize and execute 360° brand campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and PR channels.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and media teams to ensure on-brand storytelling.
  • Product & Collection Launches
  • Collaborate with design and merchandising to plan launches and go-to-market timelines.
  • Craft messaging and content strategy for new collections or category extensions.
  • Consumer & Market Insights
  • Conduct competitive research and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment, market dynamics, and brand health metrics.
  • Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, stylists, and creative collaborators.
  • Oversee co-branded initiatives and events.
  • Visual Identity & Content
  • Ensure all marketing materials, packaging, and online presence are visually aligned with the brand.
  • Brief and review content for campaigns, social media, lookbooks, and newsletters.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as brand recall, campaign performance, and engagement.
  • Present monthly and quarterly brand reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong understanding of fashion, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent creative, strategic, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with D2C brands or e-commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and content creation.
  • A keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,589.04 - ₹50,000.00 per month
