Position Title : Brand Liaison – Luxury Hotel Collaborations Full-Time | Travel-Based | Premium HORECA Onboarding About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and elegant Brand Liaison who will act as the face of our premium food brand while building long-term collaborations with 4-star and 5-star hotels across India. The role involves direct interaction with Executive Chefs, General Managers, and Purchase Heads, introducing our innovative food solutions designed for modern hospitality. This is a travel-intensive and relationship-driven role—ideal for confident and outspoken professionals with excellent communication, presentation, and hospitality skills. Key Responsibilities: • Represent the brand at premium hotels by meeting Executive Chefs, GMs, and key decision-makers • Demonstrate our innovative food product solutions with confidence and clarity • Manage product presentations, tasting sessions, and commercial discussions • Build strong client relationships and ensure onboarding and follow-up • Coordinate with the internal team to execute packaging, sample deliveries, pricing, and logistics • Create region-wise onboarding targets and maintain a travel & meeting calendar Ideal Candidate Profile: • 2–5 years of experience in client-facing, business development, or hospitality roles • Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus) • Confident communicator with strong presentation & negotiation skills • Well-groomed, energetic, and comfortable with regular intercity travel • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, FMCG, or HORECA industry is a bonus • Ability to independently plan travel and appointments with hotel stakeholders Perks & Compensation: • Fixed salary + Travel allowance + Incentives on Meetings as well as Conversions • Exposure to premium hospitality networks • Growth opportunity into a regional or national business lead • Opportunity to represent a tech-enabled, fast-scaling food startup Location: Based in Indore with frequent travel to metros and tourist hubs.
