Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management

• Manage daily operations of the Kopargaon branch ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Supervise faculty and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to institute policies.
• Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, systems, and learning resources.

2. Academic Oversight

• Monitor course delivery and academic performance of students.
• Coordinate with trainers to maintain quality teaching standards.
• Handle student feedback and resolve academic concerns promptly.

3. Sales & Marketing

• Drive admissions through local marketing strategies and partnerships with schools/colleges.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.

4. Student & Parent Engagement

• Conduct orientation sessions, counseling, and regular parent-student interactions.
• Ensure a positive learning environment and handle grievances effectively.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of admissions, finances, and staff performance.
• Provide timely reports to the head office regarding performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all local educational regulations and institute guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in educational or training institute management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of computer education programs.
