Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Scientist Trainer to design and deliver training programs that empower learners with the skills required to succeed in data science roles. You will be responsible for creating curriculum, conducting live sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring that they gain practical, job-ready skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Create curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments. Teach tools and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Power BI, etc. Explain key concepts in statistics, data wrangling, EDA, machine learning algorithms, and model deployment. Provide mentorship and guidance to learners on projects, assignments, and career queries. Conduct periodic evaluations, quizzes, and capstone project reviews. Keep training content up to date with industry trends and tools. Collaborate with internal teams to refine learning outcomes and training methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 1+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (corporate or academic setting). Proficiency in Python (with libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Solid understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML pipelines. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Certifications in data science or teaching. Experience in curriculum design and online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, LMS).
