You will be joining ICL Fincorp Limited, a well-established company in the Gold Loan oriented Non-Banking Financial Sector (NBFC) since 1999. Headquartered in Irinjalakkuda, Thrissur, Kerala, the company has expanded its operations to five South Indian states and has ambitious plans for nationwide growth. Under the guidance of Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. K. G. Anilkumar, ICL Fincorp has diversified its services to include business loans, vehicle loans, money transfer, forex, travel, and tourism. The ICL group comprises ICL Fincorp Ltd, ICL Chits Ltd, ICL Builders Ltd, ICL Tours & Travels, and ICL Cultural and Charitable Trust. As the Branch Manager based in Thrissur, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch's daily operations. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting business targets. Your key duties will involve improving customer service, devising business strategies, managing loan applications, overseeing branch finances, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, adept customer service and relationship management skills, and a sound understanding of business and financial strategy development. Prior experience in loan processing and financial products is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should also demonstrate proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills, a solid grasp of regulatory compliance, and a background in branch operations. A bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and previous experience in the banking or financial sector would be advantageous.,
