United Automobiles is looking for BODYSHOP ADVISOR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their vehicle repair needs, and provide detailed explanations of the repair process Estimates: Create detailed repair estimates, including labor and parts costs, and communicate these to customers and insurance adjusters as needed Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely claims processing Scheduling: Schedule repair appointments and provide customers with accurate timelines for completion Parts Management: Order and track the availability of parts needed for repairs and ensure they are ready for the repair process Quality Control: Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction Progress Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repair and address any questions or concerns promptly Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of repair orders, estimates, invoices, and other relevant documents Cost Control: Monitor and control repair costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer concerns or disputes in a professional and customer-focused manner Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices in the bodyshop to protect employees and customers Up-Selling: Identify and recommend additional maintenance or repair services to customers when appropriate
