Role Description This is a hybrid contract role for a BIM Specialist based in Vadodara, with some work-from-home options available. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating BIM tasks, managing and reviewing architectural plans, ensuring accuracy in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, and collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams. The role also includes managing submittals and ensuring that project specifications are met. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in Architecture Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Skills in managing and reviewing submittals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Experience in a similar role is preferred Show more Show less
