Experience :- 1 to 2 Years Job Location :- Surat Job Description:- 3D Model Creation and Management : Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of construction projects using BIM software to ensure design accuracy and coordination. Coordination with Project Teams : Collaborate with engineers to integrate design changes and resolve any conflicts within the BIM models. Drawing Production : Generate detailed construction drawings and documentation directly from the BIM models to support project planning and execution. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits and checks of the BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, Revit Key Requirements Experience : 1-2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with exposure to residential, structural audits, renewable energy, or industrial projects. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Software Proficiency : Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
