Success in this role looks like:

✅ Clean, clash-free models delivered on schedule

✅ Effective collaboration with internal MEP leads & external client teams

✅ Ownership of your models: Naming, LODs, file hygiene, coordination logic

✅ Proactive communication — you ask the right questions and flag risks early

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines

• Coordinate across trades to identify clashes, resolve design issues, and prepare models for handoff

• Participate in internal review meetings and update models based on team feedback

• Follow strict file naming, LOD, and project template standards

• Use BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar tools to ensure collaboration and accountability

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience (Revit mandatory)

• Strong understanding of MEP or architectural systems

• Familiarity with clash detection workflows (Navisworks or equivalent)

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced setup with accountability

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with data center or industrial project models

• Knowledge of ISO 19650

• Working English communication skills to interface with international clients
