Billing Cum Cashier Executive

Job Summary: The Billing Cum Cashier Executive is responsible for generating accurate bills/invoices and managing all cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently. The role involves direct customer interaction, maintaining billing records, and ensuring smooth financial operations at the front desk or billing counter. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices/bills accurately using billing software or POS systems. Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes with accuracy and integrity. Ensure the billing process is quick and efficient to avoid customer delays. Reconcile cash and sales at the end of the shift/day and submit reports to the accounts department. Maintain proper documentation of daily transactions, sales, and returns. Coordinate with the sales, stock, or service teams for accurate billing inputs. Address customer queries related to billing, pricing, and payment issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately. Assist in inventory and stock updates if required. Requirements: 1 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or front desk roles. Knowledge of POS systems, billing software (like Tally, Marg, etc.), and MS Office. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic accounting and numeric skills with attention to detail. Honest, trustworthy, and punctual. ***Duty Timing :- 9am to 9pm (12Hours)*** Fix Hours Handle Customer, Billing Process Payments and Manage Cash Register. Maintain Accurate Records of Transactions And Resole Billing Discrepancies, Provide Excellent Customer service During Payment Interactions. Staff should also know how to supervise.
