Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, etc.) and cold emailing/messaging strategies to generate leads, secure projects, and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire clients through freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer) by submitting compelling proposals and bids.
• Execute cold emailing and LinkedIn/Social Media outreach to engage potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with international and domestic clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Nitwebs as a market leader.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in web development/IT services.
• Proven success in acquiring clients via freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Expertise in cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social media messaging.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Basic understanding of website development processes and terminology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
