Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive – Corporate Relations with 2–3 years of experience to spearhead corporate outreach, relationship management, and placement collaborations. This role involves direct communication with companies to explore hiring needs, schedule client meetings, and formalize placement tie-ups via MOUs and NDAs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain contact with corporate organizations to understand their hiring requirements
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and represent the academy for partnership discussions
  • Share placement proposals and secure MOUs and NDAs from partner organizations
  • Coordinate and schedule campus drives, interviews, and placement activities
  • Maintain a strong database of corporate contacts and follow up regularly
  • Ensure timely communication and execution of placement services to clients
  • Collaborate with internal placement and training teams to match talent with opportunities
  • Track placement progress and submit regular updates to management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 2–3 years in corporate relations, business development, or client servicing
  • Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
  • Proficiency in email, MS Office tools, and CRM platforms

Work Location

Primary Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Travel: Within city and occasional inter-city for client meetings
