Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA). The BDA will be responsible for identifying and generating new business, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Daily tasks include conducting market research, networking with potential clients, creating proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional activities.


Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales: Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
  • Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategy Development: Ability to create and implement effective business development strategies
  • Networking: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience in the Edtech sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
