About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable individuals to join our Backend Operations Team.

 This role involves coordinating assessments, providing technical support, managing data, and ensuring the smooth functioning of backend processes. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage assessment events with a focus on timely and error-free execution.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

Provide prompt technical support to candidates and clients via email.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior team members.

Track usage metrics and prepare reports as required.

Perform data consolidation and management using MS Excel.

Execute platform-related tasks to support ongoing project operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless backend support.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new systems and processes.

Required Skills:

Multitasking & Flexibility: Capable of handling multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Adaptability: Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Availability: Willingness to work on weekends (Compensatory offs will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in backend operations or a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
